IPTV EPG Not Loading? Here's How to Fix It

The electronic program guide (EPG) shows what's currently airing and what's coming up on each channel. When it doesn't load, streaming itself usually still works — but here's how to fix the guide specifically.
Give it time after first setup
EPG data is often downloaded separately from the channel list and can take a few minutes to populate after you first add your playlist, especially on a slower connection.
Restart the player app
If guide data still hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, closing and reopening the app often triggers a fresh sync.
Check the app's EPG source setting
Some player apps let you choose between different guide data sources or refresh intervals in their settings menu. If the EPG option was disabled or misconfigured, guide data won't display even if the channels play fine.
Confirm it's not a single-channel issue
Occasionally guide data is missing for one channel rather than the whole list, which is a separate, smaller issue than a total EPG failure.
Still no luck?
If the guide remains empty after trying the above, reach out through our contact page. For general setup help, our installation guides cover EPG behavior for each supported device.
